Welcome to the scenic wonders of England's Lake District as seen through my
camera. Through this website you can browse my collection of photographic
images in various galleries which contain images taken throughout
Cumbria's Lakeland, the dramatic Scottish Highlands and Cumbria's
beautiful Solway Coast.
Although I no longer pursue my
photography commercially, I continue to take photos when out on my
travels, be it walking or, more often, on my bike. This website is a
dedication to the beauty of our country side, with images captured at all
times of the year and in all weathers. As the website is now more of a
plaything, I have taken to indulging myself and have included a blog which
you may enjoy reading. Whatever, the site is a celebration of the
mountains, coast and glorious scenery that I am able to enjoy as I walk
and cycle. And hopefully it may inspire you to do something similar.
I have now added a blog section to the website, a
photographic record of walks that have interested and inspired me. Most
recent is a fresh take on the 214 Wainwrights which,
although visited before, I am undertaking for a second time with
Helen, introducing her to the delights of our Lake District
fells.
